Script outline and upload checklist
Each long video opens with an outline to fill in: what grabs viewers at the start, the points you cover, the shots you need and what you ask them to do. A checklist covers the upload.
Publish calendar
Every video on the day it goes live, long videos and Shorts marked apart. Change the date on a video page and it moves.
Brand deals and income
Sponsors from pitched to agreed, delivered and paid, with the amount, the due date and the video each one is for.
Results
Views at 7 and 28 days, click-through rate and new subscribers for each video, with your best ones first and the totals below.

Set it up in about five minutes
You do this once. It’s easiest on a computer, and adding ideas works well on your phone.

Buy it on Etsy and download the Start here PDF. Open the template link in it and click the Duplicate icon (two small squares) at the top. A free Notion account is enough.

Open Start here and click the button to clear the sample channel, so you start empty.

Click New video idea, give it a working title and rate Interest and Ease from 1 to 5.

Set the status to Script when you start writing, then drag the card along the In production board.

Open the video, set its Publish date and upload the thumbnail.

Add deals in Brand deals and income, and views a week after each video goes live.
Nothing connects to your channel. You copy a few numbers from your analytics, so it works for any channel size.

Questions
Does it work on the free Notion plan?
Yes, all of it. Thumbnails can be up to 5 MB each there, and most are far smaller.
Is it made by YouTube?
No. It’s our own planner for people who make videos. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google, and it doesn’t connect to your channel.
How does the score work?
Interest times ease, each from 1 to 5, so the top score is 25. An idea people want that’s easy to make comes first.
Can I plan Shorts?
Yes. Choose New Short from the arrow next to New. It gets a short outline: a hook for the first two seconds, beats, on-screen text and its own checklist.
Where does the template go after I pay?
You download a Start here PDF from Etsy with the template link. Open the link and click the Duplicate icon at the top of the page, and the copy is yours to keep and change.
