A trip, its day-by-day plan, bookings, the budget with who paid, packing and what’s next, filmed in the real template.
Travelers who review trip templates want a simple front page, a plan for each day next to the budget, and one place where everything they type shows up. This one opens on your trips, and each trip holds the rest.
Days to go, budget left, what’s booked and what isn’t, packing and the tasks before you leave, in five lines.
Pick who paid for each cost. With two or more travelers, the trip shows each person’s share and who owes who.
Plans sit on Day 1, Day 2 and so on. Change the trip dates and every day’s date follows.
+ Starter list fills in a packing list and before you go tasks with dates, like checking your passport.
We set it up from a fresh copy, the way you’ll get it: cleared the sample, added a trip with two travelers, booked a flight, added a starter list and split a few expenses.
The home page shows your next trips as cards, then bookings for the next 60 days and what’s left to do before you go. Trips, Itinerary, Bookings, Budget and Packing each have a page of their own.
Each coming trip with its cover and the card: days to go, budget used and left, per person cost, bookings, packing and before you go.
Plans grouped by day, with the date, time, type, area, an Open in Maps link and the confirmation from the booking. A plan without a day is saved as an idea.
Flights, stays and tickets with their dates, confirmation numbers, cost and whether they’re paid. To book ones count as estimates until you book.
Each trip’s budget with what’s used and left, then every expense with its day, category and who paid. Check Personal and it stays out of the split.
Each trip’s packing list sorted by category, with a count for things like socks, and the before you go tasks with their due dates.
Your trips sorted into Coming up, Dream trips and Past trips. Leave the dates empty and a trip stays a dream, with the ideas you’ve saved and a rough budget on its card.
Type a price in the local currency and set the trip’s rate once. Amounts have no currency sign.
Renew soon shows when a traveler’s passport expires within six months.
Coming up in Itinerary starts with today’s plans. Turn on offline in the Notion app before you fly.
A city break, a road trip, a past trip and a dream trip show how it works. One button clears them.
When you book something, add it under Bookings on your trip with the confirmation number.
Put plans on a Day, or leave the day empty to save them as ideas.

Before you leave, tick off Before you go and your packing list.
